The house

Our gîte is located in the village of Ponet-et-Saint-Auban, a few kilometers from the small dynamic town of Die. Built around a hill that once welcomed a small wooden castle, the village is overlooked by its church, its temple and its cemetery. It offers a beautiful view of the Drôme valley.

The vaulted bedroom - 3 beds

Our house can accommodate 6 people, its total surface is around 80m² on 2 levels. It is not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to its particular architecture..

East bedroom - 3 people

The 2 bedrooms are each composed of 1 double bed (140) and 1 single bed 90, they have many storage. Double bedding 220/240, single bedding 200/200 and square pillows 60/60 supplied for these 4 beds.

The 2 bedrooms are accessible by stairs, which is why we cannot accommodate people with reduced mobility.

Additional double bed in the living room (convertible sofa).

Wood heating with a stove in the living area, electric radiators in other rooms. TNT channel TV. DVD player. In winter, the house is hot for your arrival.

The kitchen area

Kitchen equipment:Top table fridge, dishwasher, gas and electric oven stove, toaster, electric kettle, electric and Italian coffee makers, tableware for 8 people, kitchen battery, cleaning utensils (vacuum cleaner, iron) and products maintenance.

Game space for children. Prepared beds and toilet linen supplies on request. Cleaning package in addition.

Balcony and terrace

Balcony exposed to the east, terrace with garden furniture, lounge chairs, parasol, barbecue.

Provision of baby equipment on request, folding baby bed, high chair, bathtub.
Selective sorting: compost bucket, sorting box for glass, paper, plastic. We collect your compost for our hens.
The containers are located before the village near the green bridge.
Closed storage space for bikes, skis and various under the house.

No wifi, but 4G works well.
No catering service.
Minimum stay 2 nights.
